High-Stakes Diplomatic & Enterprise Summit Architecture
Architecting Focus for Global Titans
The Alta Vanguard Plenary brought together ministers, economists, and enterprise CEOs from 19 nations. The challenge was converting Grand Hyatt’s expansive pillarless ballroom into an immersive, acoustic haven that facilitates bilateral negotiations.
Our team engineered a 60-meter continuous curved 2.6mm fine-pitch LED display calibrated to broadcast HDR presentation graphics without pixel flare.
Acoustic Sound Containment & Dual Backup Power
Complete RF sound baffling and acoustic damping panels prevented echo across high-ceiling arches. Dual synchronized Cummins silent generators ensured zero-millisecond power interruption during high-profile live global broadcasts.
Volumetric sound distribution and stage sightline CAD analysis produced by our Pilerne engineering unit.
“Executing a high-stakes summit for 650 global delegates requires military precision paired with refined hospitality. Event 360 delivered a world-class standard from protocol to teardown.”
